His mission is simple: helping brands become the recommended choice for people and AI, while helping people use AI to think better, not become dependent on it.

Martin believes great marketing always starts with the customer. What do people really need? What questions do they have? And what helps them make a confident decision? Technology changes, but understanding human behavior remains essential.

His keynotes explore how AI is transforming the way people discover, compare, trust, and choose brands. Combining behavioral psychology, customer experience (CX) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), he helps business leaders understand what's changing and what to do next.

Alongside his keynotes, Martin helps businesses of all sizes build their own AI MarketingBrain: a living knowledge base that brings together strategy, customer insights, brand knowledge, and marketing expertise. His approach is practical, hands-on, and always human-first.

Martin is the author of several Dutch bestselling books, including Schrijven voor het Brein (Writing for the Brain), ChatGPT als tweede Brein (ChatGPT as second Brain), and Van SEO naar GEO, published internationally as GEO, the new SEO.

He teaches AI and Prompt Engineering at Erasmus Marketing Institute. He was named lecturer of the year at Beeckestijn Business School in 2021 and 2023, voted best speaker at Webwinkel Vakdagen, the largest e-commerce event in the Benelux, in 2021, 2023, and 2024, and named AI speaker of the year in 2025.

His strength? Making complex ideas simple, memorable, and immediately actionable.

By the end of his keynote, you'll walk out with a smile on your face, a little sweat on your back, and the urge to get started. Think first. Prompt later. Stay human.
